Objective: Analyze the demand for physiotherapy from the SUS in the city of Currais Novos - RN. Methodology: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and observational study, carried out in the municipality of Currais Novos-RN during the period from November 2022 to November 2023. A survey of the demand for cases for physiotherapy in the years 2021 and 2022 was carried out through from the list of referrals from the municipal health regulation center. Resultados: 681 referrals were analyzed, of which the majority were female and the health conditions that were most present were musculoskeletal (68%). We can observe that the average waiting time was 12.80 months, in addition, a reduction in the number of referrals can be observed, when compared during the years analyzed.
