Plasmapheresis is a widely used technique in both therapeutic and transfusion procedures, and ergonomics plays a crucial role in protecting healthcare professionals involved in these activities. Exposure to inadequate postures and repetitive movements can lead to the development of musculoskeletal disorders, impacting both the health of workers and the quality of service provided. In this context, it is essential to adopt strategies that minimize these risks, promoting a safer and more efficient work environment. In the context of highly complex problems in the healthcare field, a widely accepted tool is multicriteria decision analysis. Decisions in this area involve the consideration of multiple objectives, in addition to criteria with deep ethical implications, which requires a careful and integrated approach. Multicriteria decision analysis allows the investigation of these objectives and criteria while considering potential conflicts between different stakeholders. To this end, it is common to combine Value-Focused Thinking with the FITradeoff method, a decision support technique that helps rank alternatives, providing a solid foundation for more informed and strategic decisions. The model developed in this research applied this approach to the plasmapheresis context, considering 7 criteria and 5 alternatives representing different ergonomic strategies to reduce the risks of the activity. The model was applied in collaboration with the coordinator of the plasmapheresis activity at the hematology center, allowing a ranking of alternatives from the most effective to the least effective. From the coordinator's perspective, the model was validated as a useful and efficient tool, providing a structured process that expresses preferences and contributes to more strategic and safer decisions in the implementation of ergonomic measures.Acesso AbertoModelos de Decisão Multicritério (MCDA)FITradeoffErgonomiaPlasmafereseAnálise de estratégias para redução dos riscos ergonômicos na atividade de plasmaferese utilizando o método FITradeoff: um estudo de caso no centro de hematologiaAnalysis of strategies for reducing ergonomic risks in plasmapheresis activity using the FITradeoff method: a case study at the Hematology centermasterThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA DE PRODUCAO
