And to find the information, the bibliographic research method was used, looking for works by several authors who talk about the subject. In pursuit of the objectives of the article, the work addresses the techniques that should be used to apply an Endomarketing plan that is effective, such as an analytical view that must be had to know in which group or individual the use of the tool would be more effective. , that is, knowing how to determine the focus in order to bring positive results to the company. In the search for the results, the reflection of this internal marketing plan within the organizational environment was also taken into account for the preparation of the article, a reflection that occurred in the motivation and satisfaction of its employees, feelings of well-being that make employees perform efficiently both its functions within the production process and customer service, thus making the organization have a positive image internally and externally, in addition to generating greater revenue as a result.
