Methods: This is research with observational design and not interventionist. They were used MMSE, HY, UPDRS, FOG, EMT and DYPAGS Modified PAS. Participated 20 subjects (10 with diagnosis of PD and 10 healthy) Results: There was a correlation between disease severity and mobility / performance in dual task (r = -0.74, p = 0.014) and between gait freezing and mobility / dual task performance (r = -0.82, p= 0.004). Difference was observed between the scores of DYPAGS instruments and modified PAS (p <0.001). Between healthy elderly and individuals with PD. Conclusions: It was found improved performance on mobility and dual task for healthy elderly compared to individuals with DP. There was a correlation between the severity of the disease and mobility /dual task performance, as well as between gait freezing and mobility/dual task performance. The trunk mobility was not correlated with other clinical variables in PD.openAccessAttribution 3.0https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/Mobilidade. Congelamento.
