This study aims to identify, based on evidence from the literature, the barriers found in the care of women in situations of domestic violence in Brazil in the context of PHC. This is an integrative literature review, using the LILACS, PUBMED and SCIELO databases with a search carried out between April and June 2023. 04 categories of analysis were identified as PHC barriers, the Invisibilization of Domestic Violence appeared in 80% (12) of the studies, the Inexistence or Lack of Articulation of the Intersectoral Network was cited in 40% (6), Fragilities of Communication between Professionals and the Health Team emerged in 60% (9) and Professional Lack of Preparation, which was the most most prevalent in the sample, it appeared in 87% (13) of the works. In view of the results, the need to prioritize the management of the SUS in dealing with this serious problem is highlighted. It is hoped that this study, by identifying barriers in the care of victims of domestic violence in PHC, can contribute to the implementation of actions and policies capable of overcoming them.
