Thermal comfort of cities can cover both personally and environmental, any two have to be in balance to maintain certain comfort. The general objective of the research is to identify the thermal comfort in the city of Caicó/RN in 2011, using temperature data from INMET and calculate the thermal comfort index, provided by NOAA. The results are organized into four categories: danger, extreme caution, caution and there is no warning. The months from January to April had with cloudiness they told what happened in rainfall due to the active participation of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ). In this period there was also the largest apparent temperatures.
