This work also briefly discusses the importance of organizational climate for the proper functioning of the organization. To observe how the organizational climate was in the company in question, a case study was done, with the application of the ECO scale as a data collection tool. The application of the questionnaire was carried out through an online form and, after determining the results, it was noted that the organizational climate of the company is regular, with the physical environment and the relationship between employees as the items with the best evaluation.
