The research used retrospective data obtained through flow cytometry immunophenotyping and correlated the expression levels of these antigens with clinical and laboratory parameters, including age and hematological characteristics. The results indicate that CD38 and ZAP-70 expression is associated with poorer prognosis and tends to increase with age, being more prevalent in patients over 70 years.
