This study has the objective of analyzing the changes brought by the program and that were perceived by the professionals that are inserted in the Basic Health Network in its District. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. It was developed in the Western District, which is part of the eight Health Regions of the state of Rio Grande do Norte. As results, a more comprehensive knowledge of the professionals is perceived in the perspective of improvement with the implementation of the program, being relevant the changes that propitiated a greater improvement for the development of the work done to the health networks.
