Influência de fungos micorrízicos arbusculares no desenvolvimento da espécie Anadenanthera colubrina. 2023. 22f. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of inoculation with AMF on the growth and development of seedlings of the species Anadenanthera colubrina (Angico), when grown under greenhouse conditions. A total of 96 seedlings grown in a greenhouse were submitted to two treatments: with mycorrhizal inoculum (48 seedlings) and control (no inoculum, 48 seedlings). Soil samples inoculated from adult Angico trees were collected for seedling inoculation and characterization of the AMF community. After 90 days of inoculation, height, DAS (diameter at soil height), leaf length and number of leaves of the plants growing in the greenhouse in the two treatments were recorded. The height and the number of leaves of the seedlings were not influenced by the addition of soil inoculum , however, the DAS and the leaf length of the seedlings presented significantly higher values with the addition of soil inoculum. The results indicate that the practice of inoculating soil from the mother tree can improve the growth of Angico seedlings in a greenhouse. These results contribute to the improvement of seedling production techniques of native species for the restoration of the Caatinga.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/SemiáridoAngicoSolo inóculoProdução de mudasInfluência de fungos micorrízicos arbusculares no desenvolvimento da espécie Anadenanthera colubrinaInfluence of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the development of the species Anadenanthera colubrinabachelorThesis
