Aimed at teachers and students of basic education, it contains demonstrations of theorems and corollaries, some of which are in double version, complemented by exercises in which the theoretical knowledge presented is applied. It highlights the conceptual basis from ancient textbook authors that marked generations from the 1950s to the 1970s, placing them alongside current authors.
