The kind of study it’s in a qualitative research with exploratory approach and this research had as instrument for data collection the interview by agenda applied with entrepreneur of ceremonial business in Currais Novos/RN. Through a analysis and tab in a SWOT was notice that Currais Novos is a county where the people likes to do party and with this there is a considerable demand and each ceremonial has already your public and there is a balance on clients between the competitors. Its services focus in the quality and always looking offer new trends and innovation, so attending the client and business’ requirements. Mostly, the ceremonial doesn’t see each other like competitors, but like partners. It was noticed that some companies has employees hired and and other companies hire freelance, hired employees for the day of the event, but all of them looks for qualified people and that understands something about ceremonial to exert this profession.
