Sistema de controle rastreável para painéis fotovoltaicos: protótipo. 2016. 127f. Dissertação (Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica) - Centro de Tecnologia, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2016.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/jspui/handle/123456789/21683the sources of energy may be conventional or alternatives. Although the conventional energy be characterized by affordable cost, the alternative energy gains visibility and among them the solar energy, for being clean, quiet and can be adapted to the most diverse locations. The completion of this research, whose main focus was the PV(photovoltaic) systems and the search for a better performance of these systems from positioning strategies of solar panels toward the Sun. For such, it was built a prototype of an automated electro-mechanical traceable system for solar panels in order to be used in a guidance system capable of tracking the Sun with the objective to study the effects of tracing on the efficiency of Sun's rays collect. To this end, a teaching bench built with an inclination mechanism, which is adjusted manually in the structure to fix the angles in the positions. The Tracker was done with the microcontroller type Arduino®, using four LDR's (Photoresistors) as light sensors. With the conclusion of this first part, energetic evaluations were made in order to determine the energy conversion efficiency and, finally, an evaluation of the PV panels tracker, and these showed an average increase in efficiency of up to 30% over the fixed panels. Technical and cost analysis showed the economic and technical viability of the Tracker designed.Acesso AbertoAutomaçãoEnergia solarMicrocontroladorBancadaSistema de controle rastreável para painéis fotovoltaicos: protótipoControl system traceable for photovoltaic panels: prototypemasterThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA MECANICA
