As a theoretical reference was researched on the perception in marketing, concepts on e-commerce and also an approach on the book market in the digital age. The research was qualitative with open questionnaire, each respondent was contacted by application of message to participate and were responding the questions online. In the results, the main reasons were inducing low prices, comfort and convenience in online shopping.
