This, in a way, suggests that the maintenance sectors need to be constantly looking for improvements. With that in mind, this final paper work was developed with the objective of elaborating a proposal for a maintenance control system using a simple methodology of gathering the number of machines, Division by groups, creating forms to fill in service orders, feed a database and analysis of indicators using an easily accessible tool such as Microsoft Excel. Making it possible to create a history that can be easily consulted and that serves as a basis for the distribution of activities by type of maintenance and that in the future may contribute to more advanced analyses.
