Thus, based on the aforementioned indicator, it is possible to carry out a situational diagnosis, epidemiological profile and support the planning of actions aimed at promoting and preventing Occupational Health. Objectives: Describe the completeness of Indicator 13: Proportion of completion of the field ''Occupation'' and ''Economic Activity'. ' of workers' health problems in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, in the period from 2020 to 2023. Method: Descriptive study, with a quantitative approach, carried out between 2020 and 2023, in the 167 municipalities of the state, data collection took place in the period from April to June 2024, using secondary data from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) available on DataSUS. The data was organized in spreadsheets and tables were generated in Excel. Results and Discussion: Of the eight Health Regions in the state, none. reached the percentage of 95% proposed by indicator 13 in 2020. In 2021, three RS achieved the desired goal, namely: II, IV and VIII Regions. In 2022, five regions obtained the indicator value above 95%: I, II, IV, V and VIII RS. In 2023, two RS reached the percentage of 60%: I and IV Regions. At the state level, the best performance in relation to indicator 13 was in the years 2021 and 2022, 93.3% and 93.7%, respectively.
