Brinquedo Multissensorial para Estimulação: uma proposta de design para a inclusão de crianças com deficiência visual. Orientador: Elizabeth Romani. 2022. 117 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Design) - Departamento de Design, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2022.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/50307The child's relationship with the external world, since birth, is built through the interaction of external stimuli with its sensory elements, especially vision. However, when faced with a decrease or absence of the visual sense, the evolution of these skills may be affected without due compensation. Thus, early stimulation corresponds to the introduction of stimulating exercises, activities, and human and environmental resources and is directly associated with the chances of full motor, social, cognitive, and affective development, compensating through the multisensory effort for the difficulty generated by visual impairment. This Undergraduate Thesis aims to develop a multisensory toy for the stimulation of visually impaired children, with the approach of Universal Design for Learning. The concept collaborates with the inclusion and process of motor and tactile maturation of children of school age compatible with Elementary School. To achieve the desired result, the methodological procedure described by Munari (1981) was used, along with the aid of design research tools, such as co-design, which allows involvement with the target audience, to understand the needs and the expectations of blind children and teachers about the problem. It is hoped that this work can contribute to future discussions about products and methods for motor e tactile stimulation.designprodutobrinquedo multissensorialdeficiência visualestimulaçãomultisensory toyvisual impairmentstimulationBrinquedo Multissensorial para Estimulação: uma proposta de design para a inclusão de crianças com deficiência visualMultisensorial Toy for Stimulation: a design proposal for the inclusion of children with visual impairmentsbachelorThesisCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTESCNPQ::OUTROS::DESENHO DE PROJETOS
