This idea emerges as an affordable and functional alternative, offering essential products that help manage emergencies and specific demands of this moment, such as heavy- duty garbage bags, adhesive labels for organization, multi-functional scissors, adhesive tapes, and various tools, including manual drills. Although there are few options that combine practicality and convenience on the market, the "Moving Kit" aims to fill this gap, fostering a more organized, faster, and economical experience. Through an exploratory qualitative approach, questionnaires and interviews were conducted with 27 consumers and 8 stakeholders, such as suppliers and industry experts. The purpose was to identify the main needs and preferences of customers, as well as to assess the kit's viability in the market. The findings indicated that consumers value solutions that save time and minimize stress during moves, while stakeholders highlighted the importance of effective marketing and distribution strategies to ensure the product's success. They also mentioned the importance of adjusting the kit to new housing standards and ensuring that the price is between R$100 and R$200, aiming to meet the expectations of the target audience. In addition to meeting the practical demands of consumers, the "Moving Kit" also seeks to increase the perceived value for the customer, offering a positive experience during the moving process. It not only facilitates tasks such as packing, labelling, and assembling objects but also helps reduce the stress associated with moving. With a well-developed strategic approach, the kit can be distributed in key locations such as supermarkets, hardware stores, and e-commerce sites. This study highlights the feasibility and relevance of the "Moving Kit" as an innovative solution that improves organization and efficiency during residential moves, aligning with demographic trends and the demands of the contemporary market. To ensure its success, it is recommended to conduct initial tests in specific areas, collect continuous feedback from consumers, and make adjustments to the product when necessary.
