In Primary Health Care (PHC), preventive actions can protect workers exposed to occupational risks. Care such as the use of personal protective equipment and compliance with public policies, such as the National Policy for Workers' Health (PNSTT), reinforce safety and quality of life in the workplace, with the SUS as the protagonist in this guarantee. Objectives: To analyze worker health in the context of Primary Health Care through documentary research. Methodology: This is a documentary research with a qualitative approach where documents were analyzed on the RENAST Online Platform that permeate the PNSTT to strengthen the Workers' Health Care Network through Primary Care actions and services and social control. This study was possible because, as it is a documentary analysis, the necessary protocols were found in an accessible way on the RENAST Online Platform, through specific legislation and also related to Workers' Health. Results: They were divided into three chapters entitled: How is RENAST structured in Brazil; Epidemiological Surveillance in Occupational Health in Primary Health Care; and Analysis of RENAST Online protocols. Among the strategies for implementing the PNSTT, the role of the APS in carrying out assessment, control, and surveillance of occupational risks in companies and establishments stands out, observing the productive activities present in the territory, encouraging participation in the monitoring of epidemiological, sanitary, and environmental health surveillance actions, in addition to specific VISAT actions, analysis of the productive profile and health situation of workers, among other strategies for occupational health safety.
