Perfil medicamentoso, consumo de micronutrientes e qualidade de vida de mulheres com fibromialgia da região do Trairi-RN. Orientadora: Daline Araújo. 2025. 32 f. The aim of this study is to analyze the pharmacological profile, quality of life, and micronutrient consumption in women with fibromyalgia. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional, and observational study. Data collection was carried out at the Nutrition School Clinic with women suffering from fibromyalgia from the Trairi-RN region, through a population characterization anamnesis form, a food recall to assess the consumption of micronutrients (magnesium, vitamin D, E, B6, and B3), and the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ). Most of the women were overweight and physically active, with family income primarily from 1 to 3 minimum wages (59.37%), and FIQ scores > 50 in 84.37% of the participants. The pharmacological profile included medications for neuropathic pain, antidepressants, anxiolytics, and analgesics, with pregabalin the most prevalent. All medications showed interactions with nutrients, most of which affected the efficacy of the drugs. The use of dietary supplements was reported in anamnesis by only 15.62% of the participants. Most of the participants had an insuficiente micronutrient intake of more than 60%, with vitamin D being particularly deficient, as 100% of the participants had inadequate levels. The association test did not show positive results for variables related to the number of micronutrient inadequacies, FIQ scores and the number of medications. Therefore, future research is needed on access to care and adherence to supplementation. The findings help in to manage symptoms and aim to improve the quality of life of people with fibromyalgia.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Dor crônicaIngestão de alimentosSaúdeSíndromeTerapia farmacológicaChronic PainEatingHealthSyndromeDrug TherapyPerfil medicamentoso, consumo de micronutrientes e qualidade de vida de mulheres com fibromialgia da região do Trairi-RNPharmacological profile, micronutrient consumption, and quality of life of women with fibromyalgia from the Trairi-RN regionbachelorThesis
