In the healthy institutions, this tool collaborates to the enforcement of the health manager ensuring more efficient and effective services. During system implementation, many factors contribute to the success or failure. To this, some theoretical models try to explain the success to adopt information system, analyzing customer acceptation and technology use, among them, it detaches Technology Acceptance Model – TAM and updated versions. Related to that, this study aims to, in general, analyze the final customer acceptation and system use in the Divisão de Saúde e Bem-estar at the Legislative Assembly in the Rio Grande do Norte. The methodological approach used in this research is based on a mixed and descriptive approach. To collect data, there is an application of a questionnaire, with free and direct questions, to the final customers system to understand their perceptions related to the use and system acceptation. There are, yet, semi structured interviews to the information technology staff to identify system critical issue. It analyzes data with a descriptive statistic to treat quantitative aspects and Bardin’s content to analyze qualitative data. Results point that customers says is a good system, but it needs some improvement. Critical factors that inhibited system success were indicated by infrastructure failures, declining managerial support, system structure problems, and the resilience of some users to accepting and using the system on a daily basis. In contrast, the perceived utility, the collaboration of some users and the support of the managers promoted the success of the system. The suggested strategies to overcome the highlighted limitations are Change Management, dialogue among all actors involved in this process, more support from the managers, adaptations of the system to facilitate its use and the realization of training.
