It helps the development of new techniques for improving pressure management and well production optimization. In this work, a semi-analytical simulator for a single well in a closed homogeneous reservoir is applied to obtain pressure and flow rate data in the well and reservoir boundaries. The simulator is based on the Boundary Element Method associated with the Green’s function for a point source as the fundamental solution for an infinite medium. In addition, the pressure inside the reservoir is calculated through exponential interpolation using the point source equation. The objective of this work is to identify the pressure distribution at specific times and the flow regimes on six distinct scenarios for well-reservoir system. Pressure distribution is shown applying 3D surface plots and contour plots.
