Therefore, it is important to observe and analyze the concept employed by Kant to the human tendency of unsocial sociability, as well as their aspects in the state of nature between men and States in addition to its reflection in a civil state – it is set from the public law institution. According to this philosopher, the asocial sociability is the propensity for the man to sociability – the relations between individuals of the same species - while the unsociability corresponds to the resistance force of the individuals to each other, against the progress motor, since acting an antisocial force, which create ambition, greed and tyranny, preventing the germ progress growing.
