Therefore, it is imperative that the teaching of this subject be carried out in a transversal and effective way, mainly subsidized by digital technologies in order to meet the students' current demands. Thus, the use of the Serious game favors the experimentation and immersion of the individual in the theme which will influence the effective construction of the SP knowledge in the cognitive structure of the learner and, therefore, focus on meaningful learning of P. In the meantime, this study establishes the following guiding question: what contents are valid to compose a Serious game to support the teaching of patient safety in nursing? And, it aims to build and validate the content of the prototype of a Serious game to support the teaching of patient safety in nursing. This is a quantitative approach methodological study for the construction and validation of content of a Serious game. For that, it was based on Pasquali's proposal, namely: theoretical procedures, in which a search in the scientific literature was made, through a Scoping review, to elucidate the relevant themes for the construction of the contents that made up the educational resource; This was done by constructing the instrument for validating content via Google Forms and the Delphi steps. Finally, the analytical procedures, in which the calculation and analysis of the content validation coefficients and level of agreement were performed. The study is in accordance with the ethical precepts established by the National Health Council and had its approval authenticated by the consubstantiated opinion of the research ethics committee, nº 2.455.166, CAAE: 80922917.0.0000.5537. It was verified that the teaching of patient safety is based mainly on aspects related to the international goals established by the World Health Organization. In this scenario, it was proposed game scripts based on these contents that obtained more frequency in the accomplished search, in which the player will be motivated to seek his knowledge with the loss and gain of the scores, as well as immediate feedbacks and the end of the game. After the construction of six scripts, the steps Delphi I and Delphi II were performed for content validation. At the end of the stages the level of concordance between the judges was calculated, which presented values above 80% and content validation coefficient above 0.8. It is concluded that the constructed scripts are valid in their content for construction of the prototype of the Serious game.
