Objective:Analyze the national scientific production on cataloging over the past five years (2020–2024).Methodology: This study adopts a bibliographic, exploratory, and descriptive research methodology with a qualitative approach, based on a review of scientific publications available in the Base de Dados de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (BRAPCI), focusing on the period from 2020 to 2024.Results: As a result of the search, 117 scientific publications on the topic were mapped.
