In the Brazilian context, various groups, including the black population, face significant barriers in the labor market despite advancements in education. This research explores human resource practices adopted to address structural racism and foster an inclusive environment. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the study relies on a case study with data collection through document analysis and interviews, which were processed using content analysis. The results reveal that the organization under investigation implements affirmative policies, diversity committees, and development programs for the black population, demonstrating a strategic commitment to racial and ethnic diversity and inclusion.
