The work analyzes the facet of capital interests, especially in moments of structural crisis in recent years, in addition to the moment of health crisis in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic, with a focus on Brazil and its relationship with the withdrawal of fundamental rights constituted by various movements social. Being antagonistic with the interests of the working class, capitalism in crisis develops several strategies to preserve its production method, which is essentially seen as the exploitation of man by man, developing his antisocial metabolism, withdrawing essential rights in the promotion of human autonomy, as in the case it is necessary to analyze cuts in education and its inclusion policies, especially in times of health crisis.
