The research addresses the difficulties students face in understanding and correctly executing the academic procedures required for the development of the Final Graduation Project, the completion of the Supervised Internship, and the fulfilment of Complementary Activities. Using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), the most frequently requested processes were modelled, promoting the organization and standardization of these workflows. This initiative aims to provide a visual and accessible solution that assists in meeting academic requirements and reducing doubts and errors.
