A formação de leitores nas séries iniciais da EJA: o letramento literário a partir do cordel do seridó Norte-Rio-Grandense. 2024. 28 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Pedagogia EaD) - Centro de Educação, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2024.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/62297The objective of this research is to understand how readers can be formed in the early grades of EJA through literary literacy, using the cordel of Seridó from the north of Rio Grande do Norte as a resource. This objective was based on the following problem: in the early grades of Youth and Adult Education, there is a high level of illiterate people and, consequently, nonreaders. It is essential to think of strategies that incite in these students a genuine interest in reading. Thus, through the daily life and humor brought in Cordel Literature, we consider this genre inviting and appropriate to the needs of a beginning reader. Our theoretical framework was substantiated by authors such as Zilberman (2012), Freire (1989), Cosson (2012), Soares (2004), Oliveira (1999) and Maxado (2012), in addition to being based on works already published on the subject. The research was characterized as qualitative and guided by the documentary study method, in which there was an analysis of booklets of cordels by poets from Seridó Potiguar. In order to access the collection of these writers' cordels, we were assisted by people responsible for the Cordelteca da UFRN Poeta Djalma Mota, located in Ceres in CaicóRN. The data analysis technique was conducted based on the teachings of Bardin (2011). As results achieved, we present teaching proposals that can be carried out with the exploration of these works and highlight the contributions that this work provides to the EJA student as a reader in training, such as the critical reading of reality, the learning of concepts and the incitement of memories and lived experiences. The enchantment generated by this literary genre, with its peculiarities, invites this subject to the interest of reading for pleasure and not only as a didactic resource for pedagogical purposes.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Formação de leitoresReader educationEJAEJALetramento literárioLiterary literacyLiteratura de cordel seridoense/RNCordel literature from serido/RNA formação de leitores nas séries iniciais da EJA: o letramento literário a partir do cordel do seridó Norte-Rio-GrandenseThe formation of readers in the initial grades of the eja: literary literacy based on the cordel of the seridó North-Rio-GrandensebachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS
