Where this phenomenon is understood as the promoter of bad success, avoidance and repetition, approval without the acquisition of the specific knowledge of each learning cycle. The present article focuses on the diagnosis of cooperative factors for school failure in an institution in the municipality of Campo Redondo / RN in the period of 2017, a problem that afflicts and awakens attention of several schools in our country. Not intending to reach all the definitions of the problem, which covers a multitude of aspects, but wishing to share reflections on the subject in order to contribute in some way to those who participate in the educational process. He was subsidized by some works, among them: Patto (1999), Benavente (1976), Fernández (1990), Freire (1996), Rangel (1994), Libâneo (1998), Fonseca (1999), Silva; Menezes, (2001), Dessen; Poland (2007), Bechker (1972), Oliveira (1999), Charlot (2000) Saviani (1991), Barros; Lehfeld, (1990), Duarte (2009) and Chalita (2001). The analysis was carried out with the help of questionnaires, in which they were substantial to help clarify the reality of the researched school and provided relevant elements to reach a better solution in the space and of the subjects surveyed. With regard to the results obtained, it can be seen that the teachers, coordinator and manager present a well formulated concept about quality education, and sociocultural culpability. At the end it was verified that the objectives were met, with the collection of sufficiently analyzed data allows the elaboration of a response to the problem.
