For this, data obtained by the company MW Soluções, specialized in monitoring services for network operators, were used. The data analyzed refer to the number of PPPoE (Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) sessions connected and the network traffic transmitted by the BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) protocol.
