The project is a socio-educational strategy as in its activities combines the social with the education. The work is necessary since this organization methods does not exist and considering that the project is formed by students and these have certain periods of permanency institution, it is extremely important that its methodology be accessible and achievable, even for that the quality of the activity be maintained. It has as objectives the routine’s systematization through a survey developed and the importance of the same activities. Procedimento Operacional Padrão and the importance of this complement education from these social projects, composing the theoretical referencial. The research is qualitative, descriptive, which used as a technical focus group to obtain information, which were later added the already harvested in documentary research.
