From this perspective of impacts on tourism, especially here for hospitality, this work tries to analyse the conditions of Hostel Jambudvipa to deal with the pandemic scenario caused by Coronavirus. This research has as specific objectives the contextualization of the company; the understanding of the current conditions of the pandemic scenario with analysis of infrastructure and superstructure and finally the recent international guidelines in the recovery process taking into account biosafety aspects. Using a qualitative approach, the work conducts bibliographic and documentary research, in addition to an interview with the company manager, as well as an action research in the enterprise between August and November. The results indicate that the company has adapted in several aspects as possible. But it is noteworthy that the hostel needs to adapt to the guidelines and protocols that constantly arise on the subject.
