Methodology: The project consisted of the development of a facial simulator made of layers of elastomer, among them silicone, which resembles human anatomy. Connected to this model, in a non-fixed way, there was an acrylic base to simulate the position of the face as it was in the dorsal decubitus or a sitting position. Doctors experienced in botulinum toxin application on these illnesses were selected and applied an Instrument of Evaluation of Learning Objects – LORI. Results: The elaborated and evaluated facial simulator obtained a high average score in all analyzed items. In two topics, alignment of learning objectives and motivation, received the maximum score (5). The items accessibility, content quality and presentation design received average scores of 4,875, 4,750 and 4,625, respectively. Feedback and Adaptation received the lowest average, 4,125, among the studied topics.
