Falta de adesão à terapia antirretroviral da pessoa vivendo com HIV: revisão de literatura. Orientadora: Maria Isabel da Conceição Dias Fernandes. 2025. 34 f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Enfermagem) - Departamento de Enfermagem, Centro de Ciências da Saúde, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2025.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/64756The aim was to identify in the literature the factors that contribute to the lack of adherence to antiretroviral treatment among people living with HIV. This is an integrative literature review carried out in the Virtual Health Library (BVS), SCOPUS, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Web of Science and Cochrane Library databases, in which 60 articles were found that supported the construction of this study. The descriptors used were “Medication Adherence”, “HIV”, “Antiretrovirals”. Factors related to lack of adherence were extracted and analyzed descriptively. This study did not need to be submitted to the Research Ethics Committee as it did not use primary data from human beings. 42 factors were identified in the literature, with a higher prevalence for side/adverse effects, personal exposure/stigma, use of illicit substances, psychiatric disorders and quantity of medications. It is concluded that the identification of these factors must be evaluated by nurses in practice to develop individualized strategies, focusing on adherence to treatment and improving the health status of patients.pt-BRHIVtratamento antirretroviraladesão à medicaçãoenfermagemantiretroviral treatmentmedication adherencenursingFalta de adesão à terapia antirretroviral da pessoa vivendo com HIV: revisão de literaturaLack of adherence to antiretroviral therapy by people living with HIV: literature reviewbachelorThesisCIENCIAS DA SAUDECIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
