Through the case study methodology conducted during an in-person training session in April 2025, aimed at the communication team, positive impacts were observed in information exchange and alignment between departments. The training included practical activities to improve internal communication, content organization, and strategic use of social media. The results indicate that the training strengthened member relationships, increased community engagement, and made communication clearer and more aligned with the institution’s values.
