This study addresses the integration of management tools and bim software and their contribution to construction planning. The bim 4d methodology was applied to develop a construction schedule based on a work breakdown structure (wbs) derived from identified construction activities, linking this information to the 3d model to create a virtual representation. Through this simulation, it was possible to visually monitor the physical progress of the project, identify issues such as planning inefficiencies, design flaws, and discipline incompatibilities that could impact construction costs and schedules.
