In parallel with this growth, there will be a demand for food, generating food insecurity. We are experiencing an acceleration in the process of food scarcity motivated by the domineering policies of major world powers, several war conflicts over the control of non-renewable energy and agricultural production.Climatic factors also play a role in accelerating the process, as does the infamous Covid 19 pandemic. To alleviate this food shortage, in 2015 the UN established 17 sustainable Development objectives: 1-Eradication of poverty; 2-Zero hunger and sustainable agriculture; The present work aims to develop a food security system in order to favor small farmers, optimimizing space and promoting quality food. This project was developed in the external area of the Shrimp Farming Research, Teaching and Extension Laboratory (LAPEC) of the Jundiaí Agricultural School of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, in phases that consisted of: choosing the area, material used, assembly, species to be cultivated, fattening cycle, vegetable production and protein production.Attribution 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/br/ProteínaVegetalEngordaProteinVegetableFatteningSisteminha como ferramenta de segurança alimentarSystem as a food safety toolbachelorThesisCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS
