Based on legislation such as the National Education Guidelines and Framework Law and the Brazilian Inclusion Law, the study highlights the PPP as a document that reflects the institutional commitment to diversity and accessibility, guiding inclusive pedagogical practices. Furthermore, it underscores the transformative role of schools as a space of welcome and equity, capable of responding individual and social differences. The research also explores the necessity for continuous professional development of teachers and managers, as well as the involvement of the school community in the inclusive process.
