Four hundred users were interviewed, 263 at Campus Central, 83 at EAJ and 54 at FACISA. Descriptive analyzes were carried out on the profile of the interviewees and their satisfaction with the infrastructure, service and food provided or commercialized. Contingency Tables and Chi-Square Test were used to investigate the existence of an association between variables. Its visualization occurred through correspondence analysis. As main results, infrastructure, food, and service achieved high levels of satisfaction; the queue to enter, the time allocated for meals and some food items such as fish and vegan menus, showed low levels of satisfaction.
