The National System of Permanent Negotiation of the SUS, SiNNP-SUS, was created within the scope of the Unified Health System, approved by MNNP-SUS and consists of the Permanent Negotiation Tables set up regularly, in an articulated manner, at Federal, State and Municipal levels, respecting the autonomy of each political entity. The article aims to present reflections on the national negotiation table of the SUS, with emphasis on its regulatory framework. Today, SiNNPSUS improves the labor processes of the negotiation tables, brings the participants closer together, creating an environment that is appropriate for the debates of the different themes and gives an agility in the exchange of experiences, a very important process for the continuous development of activities.
