Grifo 732: anteprojeto de edificação híbrida com baixo consumo energético. 2019. 126f. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo) - Departamento de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, 2019.https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/36747Over the years the challenges and problems faced by architecture and urbanism arise and become more complex, and it is necessary to study new approaches in order to propose more adequate solutions to these new demands of society. In this context, the hybrid architecture seeks to solve different requirements by merging different programs in the same building. In order to do so, it has the integration between the programs and the urban context as one of the fundamental characteristics, since it benefits from the diversity of users that occupy the building and also the varied schedules of use of. In addition, it makes its less attractive uses to become more profitable and also contributes to make the urban space more attractive to the population. Because of this ability to combine uses and the impact on the surroundings, the hybrid becomes so versatile and interesting as an architectural solution, thus allowing the application and combination of several design strategies, including those that aim energy efficiency. Since the architecture is responsible for consuming a large part of the total electric energy produced in Brazil, and with the tendency of this consumption to increase due to the popularization of artificial climatic systems, it is necessary to study means to increase the energy efficiency of the building. In this way, this work deal with the specificities of a hybrid building in order to analyze how these different uses can be united in the same building in an integrated way among themselves and with their surroundings, followed by the development of a proposal of a project of a hybrid building adequate to the reality of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. In addition, in order to reduce the energy consumption of the building, bioclimatic principles will be adopted through design strategies, which will have their effectiveness partially evaluated in relation to the thermal loads and natural ventilation.Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/br/Projeto arquitetônico - MonografiaEdificação híbrida - MonografiaEficiência energética - MonografiaArchitectural design - MonographyHybrid building - MonographyEnergy efficiency - MonographyGrifo 732: anteprojeto de edificação híbrida com baixo consumo energéticoGriffon 732: hybrid building project with low energy consumptionbachelorThesisArquitetura e Urbanismo
