There are possibilities to develop means of health education through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Educational technology can be considered an effective measure to outline strategic actions aimed at young people. Objective: To develop and make available an educational resource on a virtual learning platform (AVASUS) for training health professionals on sexual education for adolescents. Method: the development of the module took place from the completion of preparatory courses for the orientation of the content expert on the preparation of material for AVASUS; Enrollment in AVASUS courses to support the content writer in the development of the module; Search for articles in journals about the module idea to know the innovative impact on the construction of this technology and which tools have already been developed on this theme; Use of the Project Management tool to attach documents, materials and agendas for meetings with supervisors; Templates developed by the AVASUS team to guide the content writer on the pattern to be followed for a better understanding of the idea; Register in The manager (project management tool for educational modules produced in the "Sífilis Não" project) to attach the module plan and monitor the progress of construction by the responsible team. The product: the educational module is aimed at Primary Health Care professionals interested in the subject of sexual education for adolescents, considering sexually transmitted infections, as well as the main contraceptive methods and their recommendations for this age group.
