Using two platforms as an example: the old one, SISREG, which was used for the same purpose, and the new one, REGULA RN, in which the author directly worked on significantly improving usability. In the research, we will try to address how user-centered design can impact the efficiency and satisfaction of health professionals, such as doctors and nurses, who use the platform on a daily basis.
