Within primary care, groups emerge as a tool for promoting health, providing support, autonomy, and empowerment to participants. This study aims to report the experience of a nurse resident who acted as a facilitator for a group of mother women, highlighting the importance of this strategy in the care and health promotion of women. This is a descriptive, qualitative study of the experience report type, conducted in a Primary Health Care Unit in the Seridó Potiguar region, from December 2023 to December 2024. The main results highlight the positive impact of these meetings, which allowed the building of meaningful connections among participants, the recognition of common challenges, and the reframing of feelings of guilt and exhaustion. The conversation circle, as the adopted methodology, was crucial for fostering protagonism, reflection, and collective learning. Therefore, it emphasizes the importance of going beyond conventional Primary Care practices, recognizing women beyond the role of mothers, and offering holistic and humanized care.Attribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Promoção da saúdeGrupoMulheresEmpoderamentoHealth promotionGroupWomenEmpowermentGrupo “laços femininos”: promovendo saúde e empoderamento feminino na atenção primária à saúde“Women’s ties” group: promoting health and empowerment female in primary health carebachelorThesisCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEM
