So many companies saw social networks as a way to continue their activities, and reduce the damage caused by this global crisis. Thus, the present work had as objective to understand the marketing actions on social networks of micro-companies in the clothing segment on social networks during the pandemic. For this, a multiple case study was carried out, using a semi-structured script, using a qualitative approach, with three micro companies in the clothing industry, located in the commercial region of the city of Extremoz, in Rio Grande do Norte. After conducting the interview, and with data analysis, it was found that this adaptation process took place in an emergency, so that companies did not have the opportunity to draw strategies and create a prior planning.
