This property is a direct function of the nature of the chemical species and is extremely dependent on other vectors, such as temperatu- re, pressure, pH of the reaction medium, particle size, molecular structure, compou- nd concentration, presence of a second electrolyte, common ion effect, ionic product, etc. This knowledge is strategic for the most varied sector of the human sciences as well, this quality is of interest to the most varied industrial production line, such as the cosmetics and beauty sector, cleaning material, clinical analysis laboratories, in the production fertilizers, products intended for human/animal food. The purpose of this work is to determine the solubility product constant (Kps) of formulations that have low solubility in water. In the present work, Excel spreadsheets and volumetric analysis data were used in order to calculate the solubility product constants (Kps) of two sparingly soluble salts, silver chloride and silver chromate. The simulations were performed in a wide range of titrant volume, from the initial flow of 1.0 mL, to an ex- cess corresponding to the same value necessary to obtain the equivalence point of each system. The results obtained are in agreement with those described in the literature. Knowledge about the solubility of poorly soluble compounds is the essential parame- ter for estimating their solubilityAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazilhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/3.0/br/Planilhas do excelSolubilidadeConstante do produto de solubilidadeUm novo procedimento para a determinação da constante do produto de solubilidade (kps) de compostos pouco solúveisA new procedure for the determination of the solubility product constant (kps) of poorly soluble compoundsbookPart10.46898/rfb.9786558893561
