In the local scenario of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte, it is no different, with the growth of the real estate market in recent years, the demand for specialized services, aiming at cost reduction and time optimization, grows proportionally. However, the specialization of the workforce may not follow this evolution curve, as expected, thus leading to choices that cannot be satisfactory in the delivery of the service.
