This is a mixed research, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. For data collection, the following techniques were used: application of an electronic form managed through Google Forms and semi-structured interviews. The studied population consisted of 40 graduates of the course in 2020 and 2021, which corresponded to 56% of the 70 graduates in this period. The vision of health services was obtained by the management in health services of Rio Grande do Norte who would have greater decision-making power within the institution.
