Acesso em: 31 mar. 2023.1981-6278https://repositorio.ufrn.br/handle/123456789/52030The purpose of the study presented in this article was to propose actions aiming the civil servant health surveillance and promotion in the UFRPE – Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (Federal Rural University of Pernambuco), Brazil, based on information about the official medical examination included from 2016 to 2018 in electronic health records of the SIASS – Subsistema Integrado de Atenção à Saúde do Servidor (Integrated Subsystem of civil servant Healthcare). The study describes the morbidity profile of diseases in civil servants who requested the official medical examination, analyzes the main risk factors in the workplace and their relationship with that morbidity profile to establish priorities to the actions aiming health education and promotion. The proposed actions include ergonomic studies, psychological evaluation and monitoring, training, among others, to intervene in the main identified diseases (psychic and musculoskeletal).
